A carefully balanced icing made with pure albumen, which gives it strength. Colour it using Squires Kitchen's glycerine free paste colours of liquids. For perfect lace work, use run out icing mixed to the first stage as per instructions on the label.

A gelatine based flower paste which is used to create fine sugar flowers. It can be rolled wafer-thin and worked to the finest forms and details. Once mixed it can be frozen if well wrapped.
Designed as an easy to roll, cut and shape paste with excellent structural properties. Can be used to create models, churches, shells, cards etc. Can be frozen once made up.
Just add water and mix on a slow speed until light and fluffy. Perfect for any application where royal icing is used, from coating to fine line work, shells to piped flowers.

This paste sets very hard so is excellent for modelling. When mixed 50:50 with sugarpaste it gives a good hard-drying, but pliable material. Is also an excellent base for stencil work.
