Couverture requires tempering and full instructions are given on the pack. Tempering is not required when using Couverture for ganache coating or filling.

The high quality chocolate flavoured coating is simple to use and doesn't require tempering. Use in moulds for Easter eggs or sweets or to dip marzipan, ginger or fruit.
Made from white, high quality Belgian Couverture and glucose. Cocoform is very pliable. It can be mixed with sugarpaste for covering or used as it is for modelling. When used for prolonged display items sealing with Confectioners glaze is recommended.
