25.5 x 17cm, 1cm thick. Non-stick surface suitable for all sugarcraft applications. Wipe board with white vegetable fat, then wipe off before first use. Should not require further addition of fat. Cutter resistan surface means minimal marking of board by metal cutters. Corian is made of minerals and resins and should last a lifetime. Includes non-slip mat.
