280ml Iso-Propyl Alcohol. Add liquid, paste or powder colour to dipping solution to dip flowers. For glossy leaves, add to confectioners glaze.
340g Lots of uses including realistic water scenes and stained glass. Can be added to royal icing for brush embroidery.
100g Premium quality dried egg albumen.
100ml For shiny leaves and novelty cakes.
500g A hardener used in making petal paste or pastillage.
Bulk albumen substitute.
This is a flavoured release agent for sugarpaste petals. Designed to prevent the clogging of cutters caused by cornflower. For best results apply a little Petal Base to the work surface before rolling out the sugarpaste.
Gum tragacanth substitute.
28g Gum powder for making glaze or edible glue.
14g Hardener for royal icing or petal paste.
14ml Iso-popyl alcohol for mixing food colour pastes and powders for painting.
Whitener to add to royal icing or petal paste for brilliant white effect. Can also be used in paint form to "blot out" mistakes!Available in 20g or 150g
